How can I place an order?

Just click on the steps below to learn more about placing an order.

  • Find your products

    Take your time to browse Tommy Hilfiger products. You can browse products in the following categories:

    • Women, Men, Kids
    • Home
    • Labels
    • Sale

    These links are available at the top left hand side of the page.

    If you hover your mouse over any of these links; submenus with more options will appear, from there you can link directly to a grid of products. How to Order
    Products will be displayed in the main part of the page and can be sorted using the ‘sort by’ option at the top right of your screen. How to Order

    Click on a product to get more information about it.

    To the right of the large product image you will see options for available sizes and colours.

    Then simply make your selection. Choose your colour and size.

    You can always check our Size Chart if you want to know how to select the best size for you.

  • Add your products to your shopping bag
    Do you want to buy your item(s) now or add them to your Favourites.? You just need to choose the right size and then click ‘Add to Bag’ or ‘Add to Favourites.’. You can see it just next to the product picture. How to Order
    The products you have added to your bag and the total price will then pop up on your screen.

    You can always check the content of your bag by clicking on the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page.

    Now you can choose to continue your shopping or move to the checkout to finalize your order.

  • Redeem your promotion code
    If you have a promotion code you would like to redeem, simply click on the Shopping Bag at the top right corner of the screen and click on View Shopping Bag. In the Shopping Bag you can also change, remove or save the items amongst your favorites. How to Order
    Insert your code where you see the 'Enter promotion code' field and click ‘Apply’. You are only a few steps away from the completion of your order. At this stage you can also choose if you would like to send it as a Gift. Just select Add Gift box & Message to personalize it.     The items you have added to your shopping bag will be listed on the page.

    You can use the icons next to the product to edit, remove or move the product to your Favourites.

    Gift Box service

    Are you giving a gift? We offer a Gift Box service. Due to size limitations we are only able to offer this option on selected items. Please check your shopping bag to see if your desired item is eligible for the gift service.

    Checkout with Tommy Hilfiger

    • If you are a registered customer, enter your e-mail and password to log into your account.
    • If you do not have a Tommy Hilfiger account, you can always complete your order without it. Just remember that if you want to save all your details for an even faster checkout next time, all you have to do is adding a password after you have placed your order. It’s that easy!

  • Select your delivery and payment method

    To be able to successfully place an order on tommy.com we require that you enter a valid billing and delivery address in one of the countries where we deliver to. Both addresses need to be within the same country.

    Billing Address

    Please enter your billing details. The billing address is the address where you are receiving the statements for your credit card or bank account.

    For your order to be approved when shopping with Tommy Hilfiger it is important that the billing address matches this address since it will be checked when you place your order.

    If then your address contains some discrepancies, your order could be cancelled for security reasons. Please be aware that we cannot change your billing address retrospectively. This means that when your order is cancelled, we kindly ask you to place another order.

  • Fill in your payment details

    It’s time to select how you would like to pay. Different payment methods are available for each country. Some payment methods such as Mastercard, Visa and Paypal may require you to first confirm your identity by logging into their payment page before your order can be confirmed.     Paying with a Tommy Hilfiger Gift Card

    When you tick the ‘Gift Card’ box you will be asked to enter your gift card number – 19 digits - and the PIN number – 4 digits. Then click on ‘Apply’. How to Order

  • Review and complete your order
    Before completing your order we ask you to review the content of your shopping bag, the billing and shipping address provided.

    Please read and accept our Terms and Conditions. Click ‘Continue’ to complete your purchase.

    Once the order has been successfully placed we will provide you with your order number. This information will also be sent by e-mail.

    In some circumstances, we have to cancel or cannot accept an order. If your order has been cancelled and you do not know the reason, please check whether you have entered your payment and billing details correctly. If this does not solve the problem, we invite you to:

    What happens next?

    As soon as your parcel is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail where you can find your tracking number to follow your delivery.

    We've decided to use e-Invoices from now on. You'll find your e-Invoice attached to your shipping confirmation email. It reduces our impact on the environment and it’s easy for you to download and save for future reference.

    To view or print the PDF file containing your invoice, you need Adobe Reader®, version 5 or later, on your computer. You can download a free copy of Adobe Reader® from the Adobe website.

    Every parcel comes with a return sheet which includes your return label and the return instructions.

Please note! It’s important that you contact us as soon as possible. We always strive for quick deliveries, but this does mean that we may not have much time to cancel your order.

We cannot make any changes (address, size, colour) once your order has been placed.

Product availability

Items in our online shop have stock and are ready to send. Any sizes that are out of stock are marked as unavailable.

On rare occassions at peak selling periods (sales and Christmas) we may have some out of stock issues from customers ordering items at the same time.

When we are unable to ship an already ordered item, we will not charge your card or PayPal account with the price of the article.

We work hard to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible. Occasionally errors occur, although they are rare.

Our online collection is regularly replenished so it's worth checking back with us regularly.
