Every order that is sent from our warehouse is carefully inspected.

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please see the table below to get an idea of when your order will be with you:

Orders placed during the weekend, or on (official) holidays, will be processed on the first following working day.
If we are unable to dispatch the goods within this time frame we will inform you if possible.

We cannot redirect or change orders once they have been dispatched.

Signature Gift Box & Card
Wrap the perfect gift in our signature gift box. If you would like your order to be gift boxed, simply check the "Add gift box" option in your shopping bag and you will also be given the option to include a free greeting card where you can include a personal message.

Gift boxing your entire order is just 3 €. Gift boxes are carefully packed in a shipping box to ensure they arrive in good condition. The order invoice will be sent to the billing address and will not be included in the Gift Package.


At this time each order can be shipped to only one address. If you would like to send a gift to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Track your order
You always have the possibility to track your order(s) via My Account.
You can find the tracking number for your order in the dispatch email that you receive as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse.
Go to My Account to view full details of your order 24 hours a day.
You can also track your order by entering your tracking number on the Customer Service page.

Damages
Every order that is sent from our warehouse is carefully inspected.
Should you receive a parcel that is damaged, then we kindly ask you to Contact us as soon as possible.
Before accepting your order shipment, inspect the carton and the contents for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment.
It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if the damage is significant then we ask you to do the following:
If the damage is minor, accept the package but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it.
If the carton is seriously damaged, then you may refuse the order. Please Contact us immediately.
When you call our Customer Service Team, please have your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation email at hand.
We will also need your email address and phone number.
We will do our best to credit your purchase as soon as we receive it back at our warehouse.
Your order will be cancelled and you can place a new order.
